The "Contest - Belmio giveaway Mother's Day" is organized by Belmoca PLC/NV/SA located at Technologielaan 7B, 1840 Londerzeel, registered under the Belgian law.

Eligibility

This contest is open to all legal residents of Brazil who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.
Employees, agents, or representatives of the organizer and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this contest.

How to enter

To enter the contest, the participant may like the contest post & follow the Instagram page of Belmio France.

Tag your mother and share your favorite memory with her.

Only one entry is allowed per participant. Any additional entries will be disqualified.

By entering the contest, the participant agrees to these official rules and regulations.

Winner selection

The winner will be selected based on the originality of their comment on the post.

The winner will be notified through direct message.

If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be selected.

The winner must provide their contact information, including their full name, phone number, address and email address.

Prize

The winner will receive a package of coffee with 50 capsules.

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be substituted for cash.

The organizer is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged prizes.

The organizer reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest at any time.
The organizer is not responsible for any technical problems or errors that may occur during the contest.
The organizer is not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from participation in the contest or the use of the prize.

Governing Law

This contest is subject to Belgian law.
Any dispute arising from this contest will be submitted to the competent courts of Brussels.
