  • Aluminium capsules do not melt or become deformed, which can occur to plastic capsules.

 

What is the shelf life of the Belmio® capsules?

Once manufactured, the Belmio® capsules can be kept for 24 months. The date of manufacture and the best-before date are always stated on the packaging.

 

Can Belmio® capsules be used in all coffee machines?

Belmio® coffee capsules are compatible with most Nespresso®* coffee machines, always guaranteeing the best quality of coffee.

Belmio® capsules are compatible with the following Nespresso®* machines: CITIZ, INNISIA, PIXIE, LATTISSIMA, ESSENZA, ESSENZA MINI, CREATISTA (PLUS), MAESTRIA, CUBE. Not compatible with Expert, KitchenAid, U machines, Prodigio, professional and built-in models.

Belmio® capsules are also compatible with the Bravissima coffee machine manufactured by Belmio®.

Do you also sell organic coffee?

Yes, we offer a collection of organic coffees. These organic coffees are produced under strict conditions without any inorganic pesticides or fertilisers, and they are certified organic.

Our Belgian master roasters select the very best Arabica and Robusta beans from across the world.

They create unique blends that are roasted and packaged in Belgium.

Do I need a special coffee machine to use the Belmio® capsules?

No, Belmio is completely compatible with your current coffee machine.

Must I pay shipping costs?

Shipping is free when you place an order for €20 or more. When you order for less than that shipping costs are partially payable by you. Shipping costs are always clearly stated when you place an order.

 

How can I pay for orders from your online store?

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders are packed as quickly as possible to guarantee fast delivery.
Once an order is placed it can no longer be changed or cancelled.

 

Can my Belmio® capsules be delivered anywhere?

We can deliver your Belmio capsules to any address in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.
The delivery address can differ from the invoice address.

 

Can I use a different delivery and invoice address?

Yes, the delivery address can differ from the invoice address. Simply check the ‘delivery address different to invoice address’ box in the order process. Below that you can input the delivery address.

 

How long will it take to receive my Belmio® capsules?

We endeavour to process your order as quickly as possible. On workdays we will ship your package within 48 hours, and you can expect it within 4 days. If you have not received your package within 4 days, please contact us.

 

Do you do special offers?

Yes, we regularly feature great offers in our online shop. Don’t forget to subscribe to our newsletter so that you can be the first to find out about special offers and new products.

 

Do I have to have an account to order from the Belmio® online shop?

No, you can also order without an account.
We do however recommend that you register so that you can easily track orders and place follow-up orders. And, if you consent, you will also receive our newsletter with special offers and new products. It’s easy to register using the ‘Register’ button (at the top of the screen).

 

Can I change my password?

Yes, click ‘Login’ above and then ‘Forgot your password?’.
Input your user name or email address and you will receive instructions for resetting your password.

 

Can I delete my account?
